Matrixxman
Check the forthcoming debut single from San Fran producer Matrixxman (aka Charlie McCloud, one half of 5kinandbone5) featuring New York’s self-described “Acid Punk Rapper” Mykki Blanco.
The pair join forces on ‘God Created The Beat’, a biblical slice of house fierceness where skittering beats and strutting synths set the scene for Illuminati Prince/ss Blanco’s dancefloor sermon. The track was co-produced by genre transcending New Jersey native Physical Therapy whose own track ‘Record Sales’ Matrixxman remixed at the tail end of last year.
Physical Therapy also lends his skills to a blissed out Dub From Heaven while a remix from Optimo legend JD Twitch gets apocalyptic with some seriously moody piano stabs. Matrixxman completes the package with his very own groove-heavy rework.
‘God Created The Beat’ is set for release on April 1st via Grizzly.
